By overcoming worry you can enjoy complete joy in your life. Spend some time right now and completely let go of your worry and get yourself into a relaxed state of mind. Spend a few minutes and do it now! How does it feel? Worry can clog your thoughts and stop you from experiencing the life you were meant to have and enjoy. I read somewhere about 95% of all worries never happen and as far as the other 5% accept what will happen and ask yourself what is the best way to handle this situation.
